Below you will find information about the data processing we carry out:

1.1. Cookies

1.2. IT Security

Logfiles are stored when visiting the website, containing your IP address and access data (date, time, user agent, referrer). Data is processed temporarily (max. 30 days) to protect against DDoS attacks or other interference with website functionality.

1.3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc., USA. It uses "cookies" to analyze website usage. IP anonymization is active, and the data is used only to generate reports for the website operator. You can prevent cookie storage via your browser or install Google's opt-out plugin: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

1.4. Google Remarketing

This website uses Google Remarketing to target previous visitors with ads. Third parties including Google use cookies to display ads based on previous visits. You can disable this via Google Ads Settings or Network Advertising Initiative.

1.5. Social Plugins

Our website uses social plugins from Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. When visiting pages with plugins, your browser connects directly to the provider servers and data including your IP is transmitted. If logged in, your activity may be linked to your profile. You can prevent plugin loading using browser add-ons like NoScript: noscript.net.

2. Contact Form, Registrations, and Orders

2.1. Purpose and legal basis

Data provided in contact forms (name, address, email, phone, message) is used solely to process your request and respond. Data is deleted after the purpose ends unless retention is required by contract, law, or legitimate interest (Art. 6 GDPR).

2.2. Recipients

To fulfill contractual obligations and billing, processors such as banks may receive your data. Additionally, lawyers, accountants, and collection agencies may access data if necessary. No data is transferred to third countries unless adequate protection is guaranteed.

2.3. Storage duration

We store your data only as long as necessary for the processing purpose. Accounting and tax-related data is stored for seven years. Data needed to enforce legal claims is stored accordingly.

3. Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter with your email and consent (Art. 6 GDPR). You will receive a confirmation email to verify your subscription. You can unsubscribe anytime by email or via the link in the newsletter footer.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), correct (Art. 16 GDPR), complete, delete (Art. 17 GDPR), restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on legitimate interest and revoke consent anytime. If data has been shared with third parties, they will be informed of corrections or deletions unless impossible or disproportionate.
